With innovatively combined classroom and e-learning training courses, our courses involve subjects such as hospitality, sales, personality and leadership. We pick up similar aspects or go into depth. Just how you and your team want to absorb impulses.
Touring our entire Education World means getting to know each participant via individual video trainer message prior to starting the classroom training. We ask about their own expectations in advance. And: Training time is precious – therefore we send the basic knowledge online in advance so that everyone is on the same level when the course begins. This leaves more time for exercises and interactions. With each other, for one another and
for everyone.
After the classroom stage, the trainer remains the contact via chat. In our Blended-Learning-World, everyone can learn more intensively and individually by using a PC, tablet or smartphone. NO matter when and where. Integrated into the working day in a sensible and exciting way. With exercises that last up to 10 minutes.
Because impulses that are short and spread across weeks are often more effective than long and fewer ones. Because condensed, regular content with precise tasks is more motivating. And because the subject stays in focus for longer that way.
