MARC WEITZMANNFounder
Born in 1970, raised in the Lower Rhine region, trained as hotel management assistant at the Hilton Munich Park in Munich. Followed by a couple of years of travel in Brazil at ACCOR Hotels. And back in Germany professional training in Dortmund – as certified business economist, catering expert and trainer (AEVO).
In 1998 the step into coaching at IFH® Aktiengesellschaft in Frankfurt, one of the biggest training providers in the hotel and catering industry at that time. Marc was responsible for a large team as Director Operations Training and Director Business Development. In 2008 the step into his own coaching:
As co-founder and co-owner of the training company diavendo, with Bernhard Patter and Steffen Schock.

At the end of 2018 Marc founded LET’S TALK HOSPITALITY.
Because contemporary coaching and learning with Blended-Learning-Systems still holds new paths. Because he wants to open up to more sectors with the hospitality concept. Completely individual. Between Lisbon, where he lives with his Portuguese wife and daughter, and the home office in Munich. Between the Atlantic and the Alps – always looking for new influences and special hospitality. In German, English and Portuguese.

JESSICA KUHNKETeam Assistant
Born in 1985, raised in the melting pot Berlin,
trained office clerk. Jessica lived and worked in Spain for 11 years at a large international travel company as a Customer Service Representative, until she returned to Germany in 2017 and then worked in the traditional hotel industry for a few months.

Since October 2018 she is an important part of LET´S TALK HOSPITALITY as a Team Assistant. Because here she can wonderfully combine the areas of Tourism and Administration. And because she is a fan of the business’s own philosophy: contemporary, adaptable to the needs of various generations. As Team Assistant she works very flexibly and according to the motto:
The customer comes first. So, readiness for delivering service in each passionate fiber. In German, English and Spanish.

EVELYN SCHNEIDERTrainerin
Founder and owner of hospitalit-y and more. She was born in 1973 in Wehrda near Marburg and now lives with her partner and dog Henry near Darmstadt, between Frankfurt/Main and the beautiful Bergstrasse.

Evi’s professional background is in the hotel industry. After various positions in the city and holiday hotel industry in the areas of reception, reservations, events and marketing, she managed the Hotel Quellenhof in Baden-Baden. She has been working as a trainer since 2000. After her trainer qualification, first as trainer and head of the academy at IFH® Institut für Hotelmanagement until the end of 2003. At B&K Hotel Management, she was then responsible for various turnaround projects for 9 years as assistant to the management. Since 2012, she has been an independent trainer for the areas of communication, management development, team processes and promotion, behavioural structures as well as stress management and resilience, as well as various specialist topics relating to reception, reservations, events and organisation in general.

Evi and Marc have known each other for many years and have also worked in the same company. They complement and support each other in the various training topics.
